Rachel Dawn Ruit, 41, who went rouge on a Charlotte family and was hit by a vehicle succumbed to her injuries today, reports WLOS. Rachel Dawn went viral after a video where she was seen to hurls abusive language to the family near Roger McGuire Green in downtown Asheville.
Asheville Police Department has confirmed the death of Rachel Dawn. She was suffering from serious injuries following her crush with a fire department truck on July 13 and were in critical condition.
However, no further information was not provided her till now by the police department.

Rachel Dawn Ruit, mostly known for her aggressive behaviour in her locality. Several video that went viral on social media following her assault show her yelling racial slurs and performing other acts of verbal harassment. The media outlets also reports internationally of the incident.
Earlier, on July 04, she attacked on a Charlotte family while the family went outside for family needs. Being informed, Asheville Police encountered her and charged her with simple assault, disorderly conduct and second-degree trespassing.
