Necessary Documents Needed for Police Clearance
Original copy of treasury invoice of Tk.500 (five hundred) in favor of code number- (1-2201-0001-281) at any branch of Bangladesh Bank / Sonali Bank. No abrasive / fluid can be used in the room of the bank invoice code number and it has to be checked whether the signature and seal of the bank authority has been given properly.
In case of Machine Readable Passport (MRP), if the address is not mentioned in the passport, then photocopy of National Identity Card / Birth Registration Certificate / Certificate issued by local Ward Councilor as proof of address has to be submitted attested by 1st Class Government Gazetted Officer.
In order to obtain police clearance only for “Spain”, the candidate has to attach 03 (three) copies of passport size photograph along with the above mentioned documents along with his application and submit it along with “Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs” to External Branch 03 of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
When and from Where to take police clearance certificate
After submitting the application form, a token with serial number is initially issued from the office. A date is specified in the token.
