The fresher graduated youth will be recruited under two categories. According to the published latest job circulars, the Southeast Bank Limited will recruit some Probationary Officers and Trainee Officers. The details of the job circular have been described below.
According to the Bank Job Circular 2019, the Trainee Officer will be provided monthly consolidated salary of Tk.38,000/- for the 1st year and Tk. 43,000/- for the 2nd year. After the successful completion of the probationary period, the trainee officer would be absorbed in the position of “Officer” and he will be paid a monthly salary of Tk. 50,000/- with other benefits. However, no e required for the job.
Probationary Officers will have to service the bank for 2 years as Probationary Officer. During that period he will be paid salary of Tk.45,000/- for the 1st year and Tk. 50,000/- for the 2nd year. After successful completion of the probationary period, the Probationary Officer will be absorbed in as “Senior Officer” and will be provided with a monthly salary of Tk. 65,000/- with other benefits as per the Bank Job Circular 2019.
